Services
Construction Management
Unit make-readies, exterior refresh, and systems triage. We manage a vetted regional GC bench to a standardized stabilization spec. Typically $5K–$15K per unit, funded from the REO reserve.
Asset Management
Budget oversight, PM supervision, weekly ops review, and monthly lender reporting tied to your existing workout format. A single point of accountability through stabilization and disposition.
Property Management Oversight
We engage and supervise a third-party PM with tight scopes, hard deadlines, and variance reporting. We never self-manage or hold a PM affiliate.
